We offer a 30-Day refund policy. You may request a refund for up to a maximum of 30 days after you begin the course.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request to email@example.com before the 30 days are up. Refunds are automatically unable to be refunded by our software as soon as you reach 30 days from the hour you enrolled.
No refunds will be provided after 30 days following the start of the course and no exceptions will be made. All refunds are discretionary, and eligibility is determined only after you've submitted your refund request.
If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 29th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan according to our 1 payment per month schedule.
Deciding after you purchase that you can no longer afford the payments, do not want to do the work, don’t want to learn Lightroom anymore or just wanted to “pick up one or two tips” but not do the course, does not earn a refund.
This refund policy is designed to give you up to 30 days to try out the course, and make sure that you are happy with it. If you feel that we haven’t lived up to the expectations we promised, we will issue a 100% refund, provided the request is made in advance of the 30 day period, and for the reason that the course did not meet your expectations.
